This shows more love and care fore the Megaman franchise than even Capcom gives it.

Just little things I was thinking about as far as a moveset for Mega Man Classic goes

Replace Rain Flush with Astro Crush because its not really all that flashy Rain Flush for a game like MvC3.

Give him the Super Adapter as a power up Super and Double Rock/Mega Buster as a beam Super

Its a real attack used in Super Adventure Rockman by Mega Man at the end of the game:

Take out Eddie Summon & Double Vision Assault not all characters need a level 3

But over all I like this moveset you got going on a lot better than some thing I can think up...
